App closes on apple devices
App closes when attempting to open certain articles in reading pane on e- edition. Can not reopen to read newspaper until new edition arrives the next day. Is occurring on my Apple devices. I have reported several times to chieftain but issue has not been resolved nor do I receive a response back from them.

Too sensitive
Too touchy-freely sensitive. Too many icons running up the sides of the screen, which, when accidentally brushed against take you totally away from what you are reading. iPad gen 7, iOS 14.0 128gb.

Excellent way to read the paper! I still prefer the actual paper in my hands, but I can adjust…and appreciate being able to get my news readily and readable!

The e edition suddenly will have a white screen and cannot reload. Please fix this on going problem.

App is terrible always crashing on apple products
App crashes and won’t restart on iPads and iPhones making it unusable. I would like to continue my subscription to the paper but if I can’t access it I won’t renew. Developers need to fix app. Get the latest apple iOS product and test your app.
Train wreck
This app is a piece of junk. Constantly locks up on iPhone 13. Only fix is to uninstall (delete) app and reloading…sometimes two or three times a week! Seriously considering whether to cancel subscription.
Poor app
The app keeps crashing. I try to open the app just get a white screen then it shuts down. I can log in on line and it works fine. This problem with the has been going on for awhile. Seems like it would be fixed by now.

This app shuts down frequently when I tap on a story to read it. Then if I try to reopen the app, it shuts down again. Over and over. Tiresome.
Crashes on iPad
Every day when I read the eediton of the paper on an iPad it crashes. When I tap on an article it crashes, it shows a white screen. When I quit it and try to reopen, it opens to the white screen. I’m thinking about canceling my subscription. I’m wasting my money.

The app occasionally crashes making it impossible to read any editions until the next day. Please fix this.

Everyday for several weeks now while reading the mobile newspaper I select no particular article and the screen turns white and I am unable to access the newspaper for several hours. It’s usually towards the back of the paper but still quite annoying if I want to finish reading the days news.
