There is no management in this game, you can't find the management if there is a problem, I haven't been able to play the game for 8 hours today. I don't know if I can still play
Lost all purchases
Update: tried with customer service in-game and it says it cant be done, the robot doesn’t understand the inquiry.
With the new season open it took away all my purchases and items that had transferred over previously. Why has that happened and I tried to contact customer service but have heard nothing back.

Can’t enter game. Too crowded
The game looks like it would be fun… but apparently the game is too crowded to enter. When is the new server supposed to drop?
