Very poor security accommodations
According to Blackbaud support, the app supports neither single sign-on nor multi-factor authentication. So only use this app if you have taken no security precautions whatsoever since 1990.
Help why have you not upgraded the app
This is absolutely horrible that we can not use this app anymore since your upgrade

Dont update your phone
So I updated my phone to the new iOS 12 and the app just crashes I deleted it I reinstalled it please update the app.

Good but bad maps implementation.
This is a welcome update considering it has been years since the last one. However the mapping function does not work well, if you have two rows of information for the address, the app carries it over as one run-on line into whatever your maps application is. In this case Google maps can't find the address.

Convenient but crashes after action saved
Like having mobile app. But recent bug makes it too much work to add actions. Have to login again after saving each action.

First and foremost, you have to reboot your iPad to log back into the program or it won't work - what a pain in the *&^. I intended to use this on my iPad as a workstation away from my office. You can't enter data or make corrections to already entered text (unless I am missing something). You can only look at data. So, what is the point? I gave it 2 stars only because the app exists and you can see data, phones, emails, etc. I got so frustrated, I didn't even check to see if I can call or email from the app (and I probably can).

Great Start!
In some ways, it's much nicer than the desktop app. Login needs to work better. Eg, I log out from iPad and try to login from iPhone but it says I'm still logged in on another device. Also, seems like I should be allowed to concurrently log in on desktop and mobile device. Numerous times, I have tried to look something up while away from desk but couldn't because I was logged in at desk. Maybe add option to force the other instance to log out.

Add Organizational Constituents
90% my records are constituents who are organizations. App is basically useless to me. Please update to include organizations.

No Org support
I want to love this app but it is completely useless to me. I work with organization donors and this app only works for individual constituents. I can't pull up any relevant information at all.
