This is a great random number generator. You can choose to eliminate numbers you want and not want. Yes, you only have a limited number of random draws on the free version, but it's worth the 99 cents. The best random app compared to other apps.

Lack of numbers
This a good app. It would be a great app if it allowed randomly selected numbers to begin with a zero. I use this app to generate random lottery numbers. Often times lottery numbers start with a zero.

Allow repeating numbers - NO - doesn't work!
Disappointed to pay for an app that did not do as promised. You click on NO (do not repeat numbers) and it repeats the number! This crAPP

HORRIBLE APP!
This is a good clean app, but what makes it horrible is you have a limited amount of times you can generate numbers. One you've used the free generations, you have to buy to get more times to generate. THEY WANT MONEY! I say DONT GIVE IT TO THEM.
