I started using this app a year ago because I wanted to break my natural tenancy to do things step-by-step in a linear fashion. Life doesn't happen that way. So I decided to use this app to encourage me to begin prompting at any old place every day when journaling. And it has been the best decision. I particularly appreciate that the app maintains a history of the numbers that I have used.
