Leveling up my detector skills
I bought a minelab detector but wasn’t sure how to use it or what others where using it for, but then I downloaded the realm app and now I’m having a lot more fun with detecting and using my detector

Is stuck on the page “what are you interested in” you get an error and can’t move on to join.

Hi, thanks for reporting this. That onboarding issue was a short-lived problem and was quickly resolved. You should be able to continue past the “What are you interested in?” step now. Sorry this blocked you from joining The Realm. Please reopen the app and try again, and contact us through The Realm support if you still have any trouble.
Great Concept- App Needs Work
Upon launching the app and tapping “Get Started” [sign up] a single box populates on the screen to fill in your name, and the instructions above the box say “This will not be visible to other members” but directly below this, inside the box, it says “This is how you’ll appear to other members”. If such significant oversights appear on the app before I can even type a single letter of the sign up process, I’m assuming there are many, many more issues.
I think this app is a great idea, so I hope the developers continue to improve.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. You were right - the sign-up wording was inconsistent and made the flow more confusing than it should have been. We corrected this shortly after it was identified. Feedback like this is genuinely helpful as we keep improving The Realm, so we appreciate you giving it a chance and taking the time to explain the issue clearly.
