A couple of issues…
The app seems to work fine for simple orders, but when trying to ask for say “no mayo on the corn riblets”, there’s no space to add this information. They only have one spot for extra information and it only allows you to check one box that says utensils. There’s no space to add any information.
When I clicked on the “Call this number for any questions regarding your order” I got a message that says that my call can not be completed as dialed. There’s no way to contact corporate or the store within the app.
When going to pay for my order on my account, it has my credit card information saved, but every single time I have to add the CVV number for every order. I might as well just enter my card number every time.
They make GREAT chicken!!! We love their food, but they need to work on customer options within the app to stay competitive with other stores that make it easier to order ahead.

Worth the drive from across town
This fresh hot Nashville chicken is worth the drive from all the way across town. I drive about 30 minutes every Thursday just to get my fix. Staff is very nice and helpful manager is always involved with the staff, helping them to be efficient with their time and perfect their craft Restrooms are always clean.
