Love the store, but since the app doesn’t work, don’t promote it on the website as a POP UP every 5 seconds when i’m browsing. i’m obviously online because your app doesn’t work. don’t need to be reminded to download the unworkable app every time I click a new section on the menu or tabs.

App Doesn’t Work
It doesn’t seem like it’s updated. In fact, the app crashes every single time I tried to navigate it. It’s bad.

App used to be way better before a car rammed into the cap hill location. Now it’s weird.

after returning home from my pickup order i was watching “star trek the next generation” and all of a sudden without warning i realized i wasn’t watching “star trek the next generation” at all! i was listening to “star trek the next conversation” — a five star podcast. the word picture that matt and andy were painting describing the various ins and outs of the crew of the starship enterprise was so vivid, so real, that i forgot i wasn’t actually watching. i just had march my doc martens over to the internet box here and tell the world what a great sodding poddy they host. oh yeah. and this app will help you not wait in as long a line at the government greens store.

I dont us the ap much specifically because the online portal has filters for me to find exactly what i want the app doesn’t. Its hard to navigate when you can’t filter by price, strain, weight, and type. Please fix this

Online orders are so convenient for busy people that even when I submit my orders one hour before the Reef Store in Bremerton, close, you can bet and guarantee that my orders are ready to be picked-up! In the meantime, I still do make a follow up phone call to confirm my order and that I will on my way before closing time!

Bad app, horrible search functions, awful that you have to use it to get deals, can’t organize results, just all around awful
Not enough filter options
Stuff like “sort by price/sort by alphabetical” and all that would be incredibly helpful. Ability to search by weight would also be excellent.
Decent App
The app experience continues to improve since it’s origin. I still find it difficult to navigate the menu at times. Descriptions get cutoff, which makes it difficult to distinguish key product characteristics when viewing items in a list. The app can feel clunky to operate.
It’s a fine app. The order discount and quick fulfillment at the store make it worth using. The staff and in-store experience deserve 5-stars.

app always crashes. it’s not adequately sortable. pricing is always wonky. i hate the app so much but it’s easier to view on my phone than the website.
