Notification issues
I do not get notifications to my phone when I come off the waitlist for a class. Because of this I get penalized if I don’t show up, but never had the knowledge I got into the class. Happened to me again just this morning after we were told it was fixed.
Excellent so far
I joined as a promotion for the summer for teachers. It is my first experience with spin classes and I am very pleased. Although I am definitely novice compared to most of the others in the class it makes no difference, the instructors are amazing and make everyone feel comfortable at doing what they feel they can do. I don’t feel forced to do anything that I feel unable to do and there is absolutely no judgement by anyone at this gym. I feel everyone really motivates each other and supports each other where they are at level wise. Today was my 4th class and each class I get better and get stronger then the last. It definitely is not easy but I would totally recommend it! I have been pushing everyone to try it at least once I think it’s worth the try and you never know, you may keep going back.
