Love the game

Great game, amazing lore. On iPad is even better!

For fans of Obra Dinn, for people that love to discover the lore bit by bit! And the first game is also excellent! (The case of the golden Idol)

Love the gameplay but misleading prices and bugs

I played the Case and Rise of the Golden Idol for free (via Netflix subscription) some time ago, along with the first two extra stories. Was excited to find new scenarios were finally available and willing to fork out for them, assuming they came with the game, but no. So be it. Paid another 5 quid to get them. Worth it I thought. Played the first scenario and was well on my way to finish the second one. Open up the game today and find my progress reset. Not super impressed, to say the least.

Excellent game

The Rise of the Golden Idol is another brilliantly crafted mystery that somehow manages to live up to the original. The cases are clever, satisfying to solve, and the way the story slowly comes together is unlike anything else out there. It’s one of the most rewarding detective games I’ve played.

I really hope this isn’t the end of the series. Please keep them coming!
