10/10 coffee 2/10 app
Every time I use the app I get so frustrated. Add Apple Pay I am begging

Always nice employees and fairly fast service.
Doesn’t connect to Apple Pay or wallet
Though the app connects to Apple Pay account for name information… it doesn’t connect to wallet.

This is a simple and fantastic app! Love the Roasterie all around!
No longer usable
Can’t sign in to the app anymore. Few of error messages: “invalid token”, “no matching guests”, couldn’t reset password from within the app.
Logged in through the browser. Just seems to be the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled; didn’t help.

Doesn’t work anymore
This app was amazing now it no longer works on any of our phones - deleted, re installed updated my operating system and it’s a total bust… immediately crashes upon opening. please fix it soon thanks!!
Great coffee
I live in Wichita,Kansas and so going to KC for this coffee is an awesome treat when we go UP TO KC. I have had to go there several times because my neurologist is there at KU MED. The company and staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely worth at least one stop but probably won’t be your last!!!
Quick service and great coffee with an improved app experience!
Baristas were friendly and the coffee options were great. Timely service on food ordered on the app. You should try this location.
Much improved over previous app
The app is much improved over the old one. Navigating the app is better and there is a QR code system to scans your rewards. Before, employees had to manually type a phone number on an iPad.
The only downside is that they omitted many of the sugar-free flavors from the app that are available in-person. As a Type 1 diabetic, if I want anything besides sugar-free vanilla, I have to order it in-person because that app doesn’t give you that option.

Does it work?
I can’t get the app to work. Every time I click on it, the app gets killed immediately. I deleted it and reinstalled, nothing changed!
