I can control movements. But I can’t see the video. If I take a picture, that works, but I don’t get live view so I don’t know where I’m going

Horrible
I would put 0 stars if I could. I’ve had this for three days. I’ve watched all the online videos, read the Manuel 4+ times. And still the app and device have only worked twice for me and after hours of reconnecting over and over again. Absolutely not reliable. I would consider keeping this if they upgraded the app. The app crashes every time I go to connect, I have restarted and done everything imaginable. It’s by chance if it even works. I have to reconfigure the device to the WiFi every time, which you have to be present to do, defeating the purpose of having the device you can “access from anywhere in the world”. I’ve tried to contact customer support. Could not find a number listed anywhere. Had to email. Have not heard back yet. Just don’t buy unless they upgrade.

This app is slightly annoying

Who wrote this crap? Barely works.
Glitches
Unit works okay. It was always a problem to connect. Takes several tries. When it does connect it worked very well for a while but then some thing happened. Now it will connect and function but can’t get video to stream reliably. It’s very intermittent. However when I snap a picture or take video, it will indeed film/record but still with no streaming video. I don’t know what the problem could be. Recently replaced the battery.

Absolutely will not work with cell data
I love his little toy, but I have not been able to make it work while I’m away at all. The app just refuses to work over cellular networks. It’s garbage.
Can’t connect
I updated to iPhone X will not connect nor will it connect to my iPod Touch any longer can anyone help??? Once I open the app I have to shut my phone off to get out of the app! can someone fix this also?
Robo Buddy App
I’ve had my Robo Buddy for about six months. I use the App with a IPhone 7. It has worked great for me especially well when WiFi is best. Just tried it when i was out of country and it was great to drive around my home and check things out including the cat. I am unsure why this other reviewer is so negative. Would give it 5 stars but there is always need for improvement.

Where is the update
When are you guys going to update the app, last time you updated it was seven months ago and our iOS system is updated and the app and the robot unit is useless without it.
Horrible
This app is awful. When it does work, there is so much lag you have to move the robot a little bit at a time. When it doesn't work ( which is 95% of the time ) it crashes the instant you try to do absolutely anything after you connect to your robot.
Please fix this. I really want to spy on my cat while I'm away.

Crashes!
Crashes when trying to hangs data rate. Has been bad for weeks
App Crashes all the time. Unusable! Please Fix!!!
App Crashes/freezes every time when I try to change the data rate. I'm trying to change data rate because there is so much lag in video. Sometimes over 15 seconds of lag between control input and when I see video movement. Terrible and unusable! Please Fix!
Latest update
25FEB2017 Latest Apple IOS update causes massive delay on LTE (unusable), when I attempt to change camera bandwidth the app freezes. No longer able to use on LTE.. also the time sync (the reason for the last update) does not work. No time is displayed.
Lag
Latest update causes tremendous lag. Never happened before. Please fix.
Can not connect iPhones 7
The app does not work on iPhone 7 when I try to use 4G connection. Please fix the bug for the next update. Otherwise it works great
