Love this app
I love this app for days when I want to have a really bad time paying for my parking ticket. Especially when it’s marketed as a quick solution to long lines- yes you’re not in the line but do you have an extra 10 mins? Also, wow your payment pushed thru- BUT DID IT REALLY? The true Rockwell lottery if I ever experienced one.

Useless app! Receipts are not getting uploaded!!!
Fam shopping a couple of days ago and only 2 receipts were uploaded!!! Crazy!!!
I am starting to think Rockwell created this app to lessen the points of the consumers. Idk why. But that's what's happening. 🤷♀️

Not Gaining Points
I have been scanning the QR code with each purchase but I still have zero points. Emailed Rockwell but got no response.

Keeps getting worse
What a terrible app. Terrible management. Just bad all around…everything to do wit this app is really really poorly done, just like everything with rockwell I suppose.
GARBAGE APP. Useless
I have an account and deleted the app because it was useless to keep it on my phone. Now I went to Powerplant and had to redownload because I was trying to pay for my parking and it tells me you have to put in details YOU SHOULDNT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO. WHY DO YOU NEED MY ADDRESS? A COMPLETE VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. But here’s the stupid part. The drop down menu options for the region, province, etc don’t even show up so you can’t even fill in the details.
So whoever made this app. Maybe you should just find a different job. This is more of a hassle and inconvenience. I HATE going to Powerplant because of your stupid parking system.
Also for those that determine the arrows to direct traffic in the parking spot, STOP PUTTING 2 WAY LANES. TWO CARS DONT FIT ESPECIALLY IF A CAR IS WAITING FOR ANOTHER PARKING SPOT TO FREE UP.
GET AN URBAN PLANNING DESIGNER. INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST. SERIOUSLY. COMPLETE STUPIDITY.

Unreliable, lots of bugs
Every login asks me to set my personal information. All pages stuck on loading

Not working
Just downloaded today and I couldn’t even login. I thought I entered the wrong password. I’ve changed it 3 times!!! None of the passwords worked!!!
App Doesn’t Work
The Rockwellist app is useless. None of the functions are working. For example, if you try to upload receipts to participate in the Raffle the function for uploading the receipt does not work. The QR code doesn’t open either.

Points not being credited
Have been using the app regularly but my points still remain the same since last June! Why isn’t it credited??
Can’t add payment methods anymore
Used to be able to add credit card into app for parking payment. It takes a long time to load but still could. My card recently expired and needed to update. Stuck on loading for a solid 17 minutes before I gave up.
Upload Used To Work
Manual uploading of invoices used to work fine, but now it doesn’t push through. Page is stuck “loading” and the uploads go nowhere.
App hangs after payment thru gcash
The app randomly hangs after making a payment thru gcash. Worst is your security guards arrogantly teaching me to wait for app to respond like its my fault that you have a slow application.
Pay attention to the 1 Star ratings
Nobody at Rockwell Land cares, this app cannot be used to pay for parking. Very useless.

Useless app
Tried this app but so hard to load, use etc. Just return the cashier in the exit so we can pay cash right away. Your booth for the parking payment does not accept new bills 🤮
