Scam!!!
My sister and I both placed separate orders on September 4th 2025, both being $100.24, and the only update either of us has received is that “a label has been created” on September 26th. The delivery service they are supposed to ship through says they have not received the packages, I have reached out on multiple occasions over the past few weeks and have had no response. I am extremely disappointed as I love this band, but I will no longer be purchasing merch if this is how they handle business

App not opening
It’s 2025, October 20th. Using iPhone. The Rosarium no longer opens. Will be checking merchandise on Shop app and band members on YouTube. Unsure if this is Apple. Compared to Android, it probably is. Time to get a new phone just for this band 🥀
I Rose 🌹 Rosarium!
App is still a work in progress and desperately needs an edit post button, as well as the ability to post videos and a handle lots of user traffic when the boys go live but you really can’t beat the subscription price. It’s a nice way to connect with the Rose and Black Roses (fandom). Highly recommend.

The potential is there, but behind the premium paywall is still lacking
This app is a nice idea for fans of the Rose, however charging a fee just to be able to communicate with other fans is a questionable business strategy. The overall structure and design is clunky and lots of scrolling is required to find content. I caution those who are expecting frequent interaction from the band through this app to understand they are really only active during tours. Live-streaming by the band members has become nearly impossible given the traffic increase from the band’s growing popularity and an incompatible server size. This has forced band members to scramble to find an alternative solution like instagram or platforms which then takes away the exclusivity this app sells you on. Invest in a bigger server. The exclusive content is minimal and things that could be free via a simple mailing list like presale codes are hardly a reason to be charging fans for access. Not to mention again the premium requirement for fans to merely socialize with each other. Put the money you’re getting from fans who subscribed to this app to improve the overall quality otherwise…genuinely what is even the point of this app other than a quick cash grab built on misleading promises?

Some improvements but still so many glaring issues. PLEASE HIRE MODS FOR THIS APP
Since the initial rollout last summer, some of my problems with the app have been fixed; notifications work better and we can now zoom in on photos, for example. However, there is still a LOT that needs improving. There is still no way to edit or delete posts. There needs to be a way to view your premium membership information (such as start date and payment info) within the app as well as a way to cancel it in app.
However, the biggest issue is the total lack of moderation in the chat section. The bullying among the fans that is allowed to continue has made it so many Black Roses feel unsafe using the app that was supposed to be a safe space for them. The amount of overtly explicit sexual content about the members was totally unexpected and has reached the point of harassment in my opinion. I thought the point of this app was to bring Black Roses together, not constantly read about other fans’ sexual fantasies about the Rose and the subsequent bullying when us fans try to moderate ourselves. This app NEEDS active moderators to handle the harassment in order to protect fans as well as the Rose members themselves. It is absolutely insane that an app to facilitate communication between fans and their artist has no form of moderation to serve as a much needed boundary.
