Maps don’t download

Keep getting a pop up saying the app will download maps, but the download never starts rendering the app useless.

Doesn’t download the map

App doesn’t download the map. I keep getting the same message indicating that it must download data. I click OK and nothing happens. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

The app just doesn’t work

I’ve been trying to get this app to work for a few days but it won’t every time I open it, I get a message about downloading data. However no matter how long I sit on wifi it never seems to download the data as the guide and map remain empty

Never worked on my iPhone

First time went to park and this app did not download any data on mobile data (which I have); so guide was blank and map didn’t show any trails. Second time I downloaded on wifi but still map doesn’t show any markers and the guide is blank (just blank page)!! Useless in my case.
