Total rubbish for Premiership
Total rubbish! It says it shows Gallagher Premiership, but not a single current match can be found. All they have are Premiership matches from January 2024 and before. There are no matches from 2025 or the current season!And majority of the matches that are available are from America! Who cares about American rugby? I want to watch either English, Irish or Australian rugby.

Glaring Lack of Basic Feature
As a new fan who recently started watching rugby, this app is a great way for me to see a variety of matches. Big glaring problem - the app doesn’t remember where you stopped watching a match. So, if you watch part and come back to it, it starts the match over from the beginning. This is a trivially basic feature for a video app and can’t be added quickly enough.

Can’t Cast
I haven’t been able to cast matches to my television for well over 5 months now. Seems like this is a common problem for many people using Chromecast. They also fail at providing basic streaming features like indicators to show you watched something.
Either fix the app or give up the GPR rights to a company who can support customers properly.

Need more features
Needs to save progress on the matches you’re watching and allow for resuming from where you picked up. Extremely annoying. Still, good programming, just bring back the Premiership for free!
Only crashes on vital plays
Final kick to win for Chicago Hounds in MLR Playoff at the death. Nobody got to see it after watching the whole game. Awful broadcasting.

Terrible App and Customer experience
App does not update content automatically. Streaming quality terrible when the app works. Keep on having to reach out to customer service to have subscription switched back on! Their record keeping of who is enrolled and paid for the subscription is often wrong leading to loss of service.

Worst app in existence
It doesn’t work on my Apple TV (even after updating it) and when I try to use the version from my phone to project using airplay, it seems the app developers have blocked it playing (I can see the screen and the ads, just not the game). So they are determined to make me watch a game on my iPhone for some bizarre reason).

Worst streaming service
Do not waste your money on the monthly subscription! You still have commercials and casting only works 50% of the time. When it does work the quality is very poor.
Can’t stream
Paid for the subscription and the app crashes every time I try to stream. Waste of money. Would give it negative stars if possible because they owe me something.

Cancelled and Still Billing WARNING
I signed up for this service SIX months ago only to find out it didn’t offer what I was expecting. I immediately cancelled and yet SIX months later, they are still billing me!!! I have emailed several times with no response.

Why make an app that does not work? Customer service is horrible. I should not have to use three different devices in order to obtain and use the subscription. I would give a zero star review if it was possible.

This is the most out of date app. Constantly need ti log back in on my Roku since it never remembers my info and there’s no option to use a QR code which makes it more annoying.
The UI/UX is just as bad too.

Customization
The app itself is great, replays and great live streams but I wish they would add a more custom feel to it such as selecting your favorite teams and getting your teams live streams or replays at the front page instead of maneuvering through the UI, notifications for those teams playing as well would be nice too, this app is great but has much more potential
