The School Connect

One app that brings together every part of school life — for parents, students, teachers and the school office. Now with Face ID sign-in, Live Activities and a full Apple Watch app. ATTENDANCE, REGISTER & HOME‑TIME SIGN‑OUT Staff now get a rebuilt attendance system with two tabs: Register: full school roster with Present/Late/Sick/Absent buttons and a Mark all present bulk action. Home time: shows children currently in school, each with a Sign out button that timestamps when they leave. Parents see home‑time badges in their child’s attendance history (e.g. “15:30”). BEHAVIOUR & PASTORAL SAFEGUARDING SUITE CURRICULUM & LEARNING PARENT & STUDENT ENGAGEMENT FINANCE SUITE SCHOOL OPERATIONS HR & STAFF MANAGEMENT CHEF PORTAL SECURE, INSTANT ACCESS — FACE ID Sign back in with a glance. Face ID and Touch ID unlock keep your account protected with credentials stored securely in your device Keychain and a passcode fallback — no more typing passwords at the school gates. Push notifications keep you informed even when the app is closed. LIVE ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN — LIVE ACTIVITIES Teachers: start marking the register and watch attendance fill in live on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island — present counts update with every tap, and a mint badge confirms the moment the register is saved. Students: see your current lesson progress in real time, with a countdown to the bell and your next subject and room ready and waiting. ON YOUR WRIST — APPLE WATCH The companion watch app puts the school day on your wrist: attendance percentages, merits and incidents for staff; next-lesson countdowns, meal balances and homework for families — plus Quick Register marking from the watch and watch-face complications for a glance at any moment. STAY CONNECTED, ALWAYS Real-time messaging with teachers, class group messages and instant push alerts keep families informed without WhatsApp chaos. Messaging templates help schools send quick reminders and attendance chasers. Urgent announcements fan out instantly to the whole school.
