The Sea Raven: Pirate Wars - Version 1.0.3 Patch Notes Captains, the biggest update in our history is live! With a brand-new market system, overhauled smart Boss mechanics, and new game modes, the seas are now more competitive than ever. Comprehensive Market System (New!) We now have a brand-new "Shop" screen where you can spend your hard-earned gold. Fleet Expansion: Unlock and add new ships to your fleet, each featuring different tiers and base stats (Health, Speed, Damage, Cannon). Detailed Upgrade Mechanics: Independently upgrade your active ship's Hull (Health), Sail (Speed), Powder (Damage), and Cannons up to their maximum levels using gold. Tiered Map Progression: To gain access to new map regions (e.g., Lava, Toxic Sea), you must now defeat 10 different tier Boss ships in your current region. Once the requirements are met, map locks will open with a visual animation. Overhauled Boss Mechanics & AI End-game difficulty has been rebalanced and Boss ships have been strategically upgraded. Dynamic Scaling: The physical size and durability of Boss ships now scale proportionally based on their level. Advanced Attack Formations: Boss ships now utilize 10 different attack patterns specific to their level. In higher tiers, 360-degree wide-angle and multi-cannon barrages will be unleashed. AI (Navigation) Improvements: Boss ships can now detect and navigate around obstacles (rocks, icebergs) and will push lower-tier enemy ships out of their path to keep moving. UI Optimization: The Boss health bar and name indicator have been removed from hovering over the ship and integrated into the main HUD panel at the top of the screen. New Game Modes & Mechanics Chaos Mode (Infinite Survival): Chaos Mode has been added for competitive players. In this mode, you earn gold periodically for as long as you survive. You can track your survival time instantly with the new timer (MM:SS) added to the top of the screen. Glacier Region Infrastructure: Dynamic environment elements have been added for upcoming maps. A drifting iceberg mechanic, which rotates on its own axis, has been integrated into the system. System Improvements & Bug Fixes Safe Revive Protocol: A safe-spawn area and screen-clear mechanic for enemy projectiles have been added to prevent players from dying immediately under enemy fire right after using a revive. Data Synchronization & Security: The gold earning system has been updated to prevent game session manipulation (e.g., force-closing the app). Earned gold will now only reflect in your balance when a game session is legitimately and successfully concluded. Engine Stabilization: Graphics engine crashes (GL teardown crash) experienced during transitions from the in-game scene to the main menu have been identified and completely optimized.
