Terrible, not child-friendly at all
I made the mistake of downloading many of these story apps and they are all equally child- UN friendly. This one has links to their other books in the App Store, which contain full page pop up video ads for games geared toward adults that have consumable in-app purchases that cost real money. This is entirely inappropriate in a child’s app. The fact this app has ads should be very clearly stated AND the ads should be a less obtrusive banner ad that is appropriate for children and on the main page only.

Too much ads!
Really! Ads are taking huge amount of screen space . Sometimes I can't even read the displayed text in the app. Not cool
Horrible experience
The music is so loud you can hardly hear the narrator. I chose to read myself, but I was unaware there are two sections of text per page. The story was incomprehensible until I found that waiting 30 seconds after I finished reading a section of text and the next block of text appeared. There does not seem to be a way to speed the texts appearance. Horrible book because of these flaws.
