Got back into it!
Not sure why this is happening. Not sure why I don’t receive developer response. Not sure why I don’t receive email response. I got the other 2 for 4.99 each and with this one (the key app) not working and not receiving any support whatsoever I’m tempted to get a refund on the other two. I find it VERY BIZARRE THAT THE ONES WE PAY FOR WORK BUT THIS THEY JUST LET SLIDE!! I reloaded them but now the Super App photos with sayings on them with colorful backgrounds stay gray and blank very long time. I really like it but it is frustrating

Both The Secret and the Super App are not loading current dates. You can access today’s date but swiping in the Secret app. The Super app is two days behind.

New Affirmations
Been using this App for some time and enjoy the features. Beautiful to read stories from others and see how The Secret is being used around the world. However, the affirmations have been the same since 2022. I am asking that these be updated. More affirmations could be added to what is there rather than taking any away. I know that all users would benefit from this.

This app is AMAZING on my iPhone, but I was not able to download it to my PC. Is there a PC format that I missed somehow?

It’s the best me and my mom have done it for 43 years in a row my dads done it for 7 he’s still trying it’s amazing we’ve noticed so many opportunities for business and money I wish I got it when I’m 3 it’s amazing plus it does healing I had dandruff for 2 years and it’s gone now and all of us are healthy

Could you please fix notification settings?
The website design is great. Just a couple of glitches here and there. If you tab the secret logo on top right corner, and then click Notifications. There is a glitch that won’t let you turn off notifications if you just want to turn off for one of the toggle.
Awful
OMG, what an awful app. I tried to turn off notifications but they turned themselves back on. I finally had to delete this app just to get peace. Seriously, forcing subscribers to receive unwanted notifications is really poor customer service; I expect a lot of people delete this annoying app once they realize it’s notifications for life, no matter how many times you try to change it. Buh-bye.

Stopped working
I use this app everyday! But the app stopped on April 7th… today is the 10th. Please repair & update my daily teachings. SP
Notifications won’t notify
I would like to receive notifications for reminders for gratitude and inspiration. However, when I set the time it automatically reverts back to 6:00 PM and it still doesn’t go off at that time that would be great if this could be fixed.
App Doesn’t Consistently Update
I love the app, but it’s very frustrating when it does not update. Today is January 5th, and nothing new has posted since December 27.
Update…The app is working perfectly. I appreciate the prompt response to my concern, and realized I shouldn’t take this wonderful FREE app for granted. Thank you to The Secret Super App for all you do to help enlighten the world. Much love!

Thank you for your patience. The bug has now been fixed (v1.8.1)!!! We apologize for the problems with the app. Bugs always happen with the constant changing environments but we work hard to fix them. Notifications settings do not save
The switches on the notification page settings always revert to on so you cannot turn them off.
Buggy lately
Hi gang- the latest update is still not fixing issues (week of 1/15/24). Even removing and redownloading did not kickstart it.
Sync issues
It hasn’t updated since 25th December which is frustrating as I love to read new stories. I’m nervous to delete the app and reinstall as I don’t want to lose all my gratitudes I’ve captured there
So disappointed recently
I’ve used the app for years. I use it daily and also the secret money app. This app has just stopped working. Inspirations and stories won’t load. I have deleted and re added many times including creating a new account. It’s still not working. What a shame 🥲
