Immersive and underrated

I loved every aspect of this and this would be a hit if it weren’t for cancel culture and algorithms. The music is fantastic and very beautiful and epic. Symbolism is well thought out and the bird offers a depth of contrast to the darker moments which pulls on the heartstrings. I cried a couple times. Sure, there are a couple clunky bits but for an indie game this rivals the industry standard. Please please someone make deep story games and RPGs with Christian values like this. I cannot find any clean content nowadays and I got suggested this by an AI after hours of searching for clean games. I feel that the Holy Spirit is moving on independents to rival the industry and I pray blessing over that. This is what we need.

Difficult

Game you have to play a very hard to figure out the part where the snakes are eating the apples, almost impossible to do not enjoying this game

Love the game!

My only issue is when trying to do the “mighty works” part of the book. It won’t let me go further. I’ve done the other 2 doors. I’m trying to delete the app and redownload but I’m afraid I’m going to have to restart again for the 3rd time. No big deal because the music is lovely and the story is fantastic but I’m praying I can get past the mighty works this time

Glitch

After putting sword into snake the text kept stacking up on screen and wouldn’t clear. There’s no way to see the sliding disk puzzle under it all.

so fun!

lovely art style, fluid gameplay, good storytelling

Great game for anyone to play

So this is one of the rare moment where I leave a review. Matter fact this is a first. This game was well worth the time to play it and also for me to leave review. It was very well thought out. It was enough for a child to understand and also entertaining and also keeps the attention of adults as well. It’s games like this the keeps me having faith in people making great Christian games.

Great storytelling

Loved the game style and telling the story of stories in a compelling way

Gentle fun for kids and adults

Beautiful and fun interactive storybook, beautiful soundtrack too

Beautiful Game!

I just started playing and the graphics are beautiful! All the little animals look adorable! A very feel good game so far. I got stuck just after Mungo meets the man. After you see the green circle and the game says to turn your screen to landscape again. I tried flipping the phone over and tried to use my fingers to turn the screen, but I couldn’t get anything to happen. What should I do? Thank you!

Good game but…

A great game for children learning about god however it can be very slow paced and can only be played once.

Very sweet, biblical experience

Glory to God 🙌

Thoughtfully created and thoroughly enjoyable

Our family doesn’t do a lot of screens generally. However, summer activities changed quite quickly when my two boys (aged 8 and 12) both ended up in casts at the start of our summer vacation! With limited activities, this beautiful game has been a welcome distraction and it has given us some good Bible discussions too. I love the music, graphics and flow of the game. It is also helpful that there are natural stopping points.

We have hit a couple minor glitches here and there, such as pages not turning (but these may be user error as we aren’t video game people)!

So good!

I loved it, it was so encouraging!

Good graphics and music

Enough to hold my interest and dive into the word in a unique way

Really enjoyed this!

I would call this more of an experience than a game, but I really enjoyed it! You are taken through the story of the Bible with beautiful artwork and music and get to play a part in discovering who is the answer to all of the promises of a Savior (the promised Seed) throughout Scripture. It was peaceful and was a great go-to throughout the day when I was on my phone. Felt much more soul filling than social media or other games because I was being pointed to the gospel while using the app! I hope they continue to make more apps like this and find new ways to add to the experience and reach more people with it!

Beautifully made & Biblically true

All around, so wonderful and creative. It tells the most beautiful story in a fun and interactive war. This game is going to bless so many people.

Great piece of interactive media overall, could communicate repentance a bit better

The graphics are beautiful, the soundtrack is beautiful, and I never felt bored or lost on what to do next. There were some mini games which felt surprisingly hard compared to the rest of the game (particularly the flappy bird game and the part with Goliath) but not so difficult as to make me give up. They do a good job communicating the overarching story of the Bible in a very condensed format, using the seed and tree imagery already found in scripture. The stories of Moses and David felt a bit disconnected from the rest, but overall I didn’t have trouble following it (though it might be harder for someone less familiar with the Bible, I don’t know). The main thing I felt could have been done better is that the story seems to focus more on the defeat of the devil (the serpent) than the salvation of sinners. There’s not really any indication that we need to repent, or make any choice or commitment. Oh, and I ran into a few bugs (it wouldn’t progress to act three, and the bread seemed stuck in the last supper scene) but when I closed and reopened the app, that seemed to fix it. Overall a very good game!

Beautiful graphics and music, and clear Gospel message

I’ve been following this game for a long time, and it’s great to see it released, and the amazing job they have done with it.

Lovely game with a big heart!

It’s rare to find games this sincere and hopeful! A sauna for the soul, it was wonderful to play! In some parts it was unclear where to swipe but a little random tapping got through! If you don’t mind a cheesy game that believes in happy endings, this is a great game for kids and adults!

Beautiful and unusual

What a different and fascinating game! So imaginative and thoughtful. Beautiful graphics and music. A lovely way to walk through the gospel story. The only thing that could be improved would be to include bible verse references.
