My wife doesn’t usually do that well with tech. This app is great! She navigates to wherever she needs to go easily, which makes life much better for both of us! And the tech support for when an issue does come up is fantastic. The support team is fast, forgiving and gets the needed results! Connection Transformation Magic
I start my day on this app after my meditation and not because I’m attached to my phone but because it is a way of connecting to the wonderful sacred community that Sheri Salata has created. It’s like calling or texting a friend in the early dawn just to say good morning or talk about what I have planned for the day or what they have planned. I love this app especially when I’m traveling because I can catch all of the inspiring and thoughtful workshops that are set up and I feel connected or if I just want to check in. I love how intuitive and easy it is to use and if I have any questions, I’m able to connect to Courtney, Abe, Linsey or any of the team. It is one of the only apps I consistently use and it’s fantastic!!

Lost and Found Again
After all the loss and disconnection during COVID I was not myself. I felt I had lost my resilience. Through The Support System I learned I am not alone. I learned to be gentle with myself and that change is made with a series of small steps repeated over time. I was able to be part of a loving, supportive community of women struggling with all the same questions I had. I got some new tools in my toolbox and started using them. It is all so new and it is way too easy to step off this path toward transformation. With The Support System, I keep showing up, keep connecting, keep collecting evidence of where I am on my own path. The support, the examples set, the good stuff these ladies bring to the table is amazing. I am both humbled and elated for these connections.

I recently downloaded this app and I’m loving it! If your looking for a community to welcome you in, this would be the one. In addition to the community, there is so much great content. There are monthly events as well as replays of past events, there are worksheets for events, a book club, writers corner and several other topics to explore. It’s easy to use and a handy tutorial available to guide you if needed. I definitely recommend this app and I’m only a few days in.

A revelation
The Support System has been a bit of a revelation. It is a community of smart, like-minded mid life plus women who know the game is just beginning and there is everything to play for. We are all interested in personal growth, but also have highly tuned bull**** antennae. Sheri cuts through the film flam and leaves you with thought provoking nuggets to live by. There are many resources: mini on line courses, interviews with inspirational authors, a virtual weekly meeting, book club etc. Lots on offer. Sheri openly and frankly shares her own transformation journey and simple daily practices that nudge you from surviving to thriving. I’m a cynic, but this is powerful stuff.
