Good selection of trendy products but zero customer service. Unresponsive, inflexible and a waste of time.

Yohji great - App Terrible
Great to see all the clothing. App tricked me 100$ discount and then did not explain how to use it. Now it has all my information and I have nothing.
Not really a native app
The “app” is some sort of gateway to the shop’s website. I even saw a button that said “download app now” while I was browsing through the app.
It’s really no different than browsing on safari. If they wanted an app, they’d need to connect the api of the site where they list their clothing, and display through the UI ok the native app. Not just a “browser”
