Love the magazine. Worst app ever.

No answers from support. Cannot login cannot restore subscription or download the years of issues I purchased

App has not worked for months

This app has not worked for months and I have paid for the subscription. No one will answer my help requests.

What is happening with the app?

All of my past purchases, including the current October 2020 issue have disappeared. A message pops up that says the content can’t be loaded. I’ve contacted Apple and they’ve told me it is the developer’s end that is the issue.

Why do I have to delete the app every month and reinstall it?

This app does not recognize my iTunes subscription. And I have to delete and reinstall it every single month.

Where is Jan 2018 issue

Not showing up in itunes app.
