Thank you.
After receiving this last update, all I have to say is thank you. As someone who has literally been playing for 10 years+, this game has become such a staple in my life. I have thoroughly enjoyed playing this game over the years as much as I have. I do not write reviews ever, but I feel obligated to write to the game developers here in this review. I may have not played every single day, but regardless, I enjoyed playing it on all of the days that I did. This game quite literally grew with me (being that I was 7 when I initially started playing) and I am more than saddened to see the game officially go. I never thought I would see the day would come when this game would end, but I am more than happy to realize that I played during this game's glory days and all the way until the end. I cannot express just how amazing and awesome this game was, from all of the quests to the characters and gameplay to just being as creative as possible with creating my own town of Springfield. This game is one of very, very few games that actually deserves the 5 stars, and I am just incredibly saddened to see that the game is shutting down. I wish the game did not have to be shut down, but nonetheless, it is a cherished childhood memory that I will reminisce over in my adulthood. So, game developers, thank you for this amazing game and experience. Thank you.

Why are you leaving?
For years this game has been my favorite and only mobile game I play and I know it’s not the most popular or even one that compares to most of these mobile games but I personally love the Simpsons show and hearing that this game, which mind you has majority of characters from the show in the game that you can unlock or even purchase if you wanted and even have some of the most memorable buildings and landmarks from the show! I’ve just never had a game get me so attached and not even because it’s the Simpsons but just cause there was always something new to do and you don’t have to go against anyone or worry about anything being destroyed in your town and the updates were always fun and cool as well as just being a game that would make you feel like you have something to look forward to when waiting for your Simpsons to finish their jobs. But hopefully one day we’ll get a chance to see a new and improved version of the game or just even have it come back as the normal old game it has always been.

My goodbye too this game
I have been playing this game ever since I was introduced to it by my nanny at age 8 since then I’ve played it on and off through elementary school middle school Covid and now in my graduating senior year there are ending the legacy saying I’m sad would be an understatement but at the same time I understand all good things must come to an end having something to look forward too every day during school really helped me get through the day on multiple occasions the Simpson was a show that has been with me longer then the game itself so I feel like I really can connect with the characters in the game their personality’s are each so vivid and distinct I wish I could shake the writers hand myself I truly just want to thank everyone involved in this game and everyone who has enjoyed this game with me I had a lot of fun reading through the Reddit and reviews of the game becouse I didint realize how many other people are still playing this game with me and the effect this game has had on them aswell I do hope there will be some way for me to continue playing this game but if there isn’t I will cherish the memory off it for the rest of my life thank you

Much like the show it used to be really good.
I got this game when it first came out and it was great. The game had fun stories for the characters and crazy outfits with their own stories and jobs, but now it’s just a cash grab. Yes, it always had premium content, but you could play quite easily without forking out tons of money. You get all these dollars with nothing buy except maybe some trees and a few original homes, everything is premium currency. The game has regular updates with new content, but to complete all the added characters, you have to buy doughnuts (premium currency). And much like the show, it’s slowly going liberal. They have historically important presidents for 4th of July, but their stories are how terrible they are. Things are added and abandon like Krusty Land and visiting friends for rewards. Instead of new outfits for your characters now you have to unlock who new versions of the characters which makes clearing your whole town of jobs, which is the only way to get doughnuts without buying them, takes ages. They did add an item so you don’t have to click every building which is great. Go back to the old way and leave your politics out of it.

Perpetual loading screen
I used to love playing but now it unbearable, I have to delete and redownload the app multiple times in a day just to play. And if I don’t it’ll never stop loading. I know this is a problem for many others so it would be great if it would be fixed.
