My laundry came back all DAMAGED!!
This is my second time sending my laundry to soap box. The 1st one was a couple of months ago and everything was fine. I just got my laundry after it was cleaned. Total disaster! I have at least 7 white fashion tops that got completely RUINED as it has pink spots/stains on them. Obviously it was mixed with other something colored. Aside from that, the rest of my white clothes came back not cleaned properly. It gets even worse that a significant amount of my clothes was washed incorrectly and significantly shrunk!! This is EXTREMELY unacceptable. I paid almost a $100 for my laundry to be cleaned as I don’t have time to do it. But then it comes back not clean, and on top of that such a waste of money, AND double loss with my clothes damaged! The fact that all my white tops returned back damaged with pink stains because someone didn’t do their job properly is NOT OK!
I’m asking to be immediately contacted by someone in charge to figure out a solution and a compensation for this disaster that was supposed to be a service that makes my life easier. This has NEVER EVER happened to me with any laundromats in the entire area of nyc!
And I will escalate this whole situation if it’s not taken care of immediately!
