Was so looking forward to this. On iPhone 12 Pro Max the app does not even open.

App won’t even start up on my phone

I am yet to see what the app even looks like… every time I open the app, a white screen pops up and that’s it. No content, nothing. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app multiple times, but nothing has helped. Very disappointing.
