App no longer working

There is no way to place an order now. I tried to submit a ticket, but there is also no way to do that.

Amazing app, needed Delivery

This app is really good, especially if you live around the area. The only thing I have problem with is they have a delivery part but I don’t think it works or hasn’t been set up yet where they would have delivery drivers or Collab with Uber Eats or DoorDash. Not trying to bring nothing down, but they do have a very good set of varieties. They just need to at least a set up delivery and it would just make it a whole lot better if they can.

Delicious!!!!

KT Mexican grill chicken tacos were so good & fresh & full of flavor. Also try Gongcha mango smoothie. So delicious!! I’m definitely going back.

Can’t get refund through app

There have been missing things in my order twice and there is no way to report that on the app. Only $6-7 each, but that is still money I paid for things I didn’t get.

Good app

Amazing app that combines all the restaurants in both locations of The Spot into one app to order from. Great app that also lets you combine the different restaurants into one order. The menu for each restaurant has pictures and descriptions of the food items. This app also supports delivery too. The app is very easy to use and makes ordering very simple. On top of that, the app has many promotions and also allows you to collect rewards the more you order.

All the food is good there and the Lemonade at GONGA is delicious. My favorite is Old Bay wings.

First order lie

They tell you that you’re going to get 25% off your first order. And then you download the app and all of a sudden it’s 20% instead. You can’t even ask anyone why it changed. Stop lying to your customers

Great concept, need better execution

Love the concept but last time, not all the orders were properly coordinated and so had to go back twice to collect the missing dishes…!

No customer service number

I didn’t get my food and the driver just said it was delivered but never got to me and I now I have no one to call to get my money back or anything

Fake Reward Points System

I started using this app a while back when they cut their staff. The reward system doesn’t have a redeem option in the app. Went to the store to order something directly from the kiosk stand and it didn’t accept the QR code for the rewards and the cashier didn’t have a method to redeem it either. It seems the rewards system is there to lure people into buying more without any intent to redeem. Will need to report this to the city of rockville to inspect this as false advertising and fraud.

You can also find this rule on the Point History Page. If you have points that are higher than the total price you bought, you can use them. You choose to use points on the Check Out page, under Coupon/Promotion. For example, if you spend $15 at the Spot and you have at least $15 in points (that means 1500+), you'll be able to use the points to offset your purchases and enjoy your free order. My credit never gone thru

My credit never gone thru and the people over here never tried to match giving me discount I had to use my Apple Pay which make no sense.
