Unreliable app with no customer support
The app works intermittently and sometimes requests payment even when subscriptions have been paid one year in advance.
Standard media will request subscription ID even after providing proof of payment through iTunes.
Really disappointed.

The app does not work
You cannot access content despite paying. There is no way of getting your money back. I wonder how many people outside the country have been hoodwinked by The standard. This is a ripoff.
JUNK APP
I Grew up in Kenya , Currently reside in the USA , I miss Kenya so much that I still read and follow kenyan Media a lot . When i realized I could subscribe to the STANDARD and read it Online i was excited and Subscribed Immediately .
Oh boy was i disappointed , I paid for the weekly subscription thru I tunes on my Iphone and like any other App i expected once payment is made you can acces the content , NOPE . Nothing . I am asked to subscribe AGAIN . I logged out of the APP and sign back in Nothing . There is no way to contact them no customer support NOTHING . I even subscribed twice to give it the benefit of the doubt . Nothing nothing . and my Money is GONE .
I know i will the money back from Apple but this is Complete JUNK app and a disappointment . Come on Standard media you can do BETTER.
