Love this app!
I really enjoy getting the news straight to my phone. Logging in online to read it is such a hassle compared to how easy it is to navigate on the app.

Sometimes pages won't load on the app.
Could be improved
Sometimes I tap on an article to read it and it goes to a different article. Sometimes it continues to the second page of the article is carried over and sometimes it just goes to adds.
Poor print quality
Sometimes the print quality of the daily puzzles is very poor and sometimes completely missing. This is about the printed paper not the on line edition.
The star press in print version online
Thank You for providing the print version online, I love reading the paper, drinking my coffee, at the table in the morning. I enjoy this routine and turning the pages, as I saw my parents do in the their mornings. I like to feel the connection with Muncie and my life experience, the sameness and routine, As my parents and their parents before them. A nice family tradition.

So convenient!
No going out in the cold and snow to bring in the paper. No having to get rid of stacks of papers already read.
I can read my morning news while still in my pjs and enjoying my morning coffee!
I can enlarge the print if I need to. So it is really much easier to read.
I still get all the news and it is much more convenient.
I highly recommend the digital paper.
Also, I can print anything I want to keep, like recipes or articles.

Like the app; not so much the recent upgrade
We like the app and read it daily, even Sunday when we receive the hard copy version (mainly for the comics and coupons). But we’re not as pleased with the recent upgrade that causes it to take longer to load and forced us the shift the print when we enlarge it. (It snaps to an illogical position - not the edge, where it was, or even the middle.) Some days, it sequences the resize by squares, working its way across the page, which is pretty frustrating.

The Star Press Print Edition App
I appreciate being able to read the entire paper - even the advertisements. And it is easy to use. You also can’t beat the price! I subscribe to the hard copy at my office, but it is nice to be able to read the newspaper an my iPad without having to walk to my mailbox.
Media bias
This rag is just another shill for the Democratic Party. I take it only for puzzles and obits.

A terrible app
I have been a customer for a very long time This app does not work for me. Tells me to update password but will not take my update. Just goes around in circles. Yuck
Waste of time
Save your money, if you want “could, maybe, possible” news from bias reporting of USA Today or Indy Star go directly to the source. Terrible
App locks up
I really enjoy the print edition layout for reading the paper, much better for local info than the web version but the app locks up on resizing
Frustrating!
It would be nice if you fixed the bugs! The app freezes when I touch one of the articles - can’t scroll, can’t enlarge font, can’t move to another article, can’t view anything but the highlighted article and then only what fits in the original frame. It is very hard to get a stable “edition” that can actually be read. The app used to work very well and allowed me to read my hometown paper from anywhere in the world. Now it isn’t even stable enough to read one article without freezing! Please update the app to fix the glitches...
