Using your phone, you will need to scan the QR Code. Once scanned, the code takes you to one of our webpages where you will be able to schedule your onboarding appointment. Our onboarding specialist will walk you through how to use the app. Your virtual physical therapy visit or customized home exercise program within the App will guide you through your exercises anytime and from anywhere.
