Give it a try
A fantastic App for connecting people who need a little pick me up from others who get it. A smooth design to the platform makes it extremely easy to use. Check it out… you won’t regret it.
I cannot believe this is free!
Stigma app has changed my life in every way. All of my friends and family use this as a tool to help them manage their stress, loneliness and pain. I’ve turned to it personally to both give an offer hope to others. The founder of this organization is the best person I’ve ever met. She invented the term and mentality of “crowdsourcing hope”. it’s life-changing if you think about it… It’s even more life-changing if you act upon it. Sharing our story gives us the power to help others heal. Be brave and give hope when you have it to spare & Take it when you need it.

Best mental health app
The world needs the STIGMA App. It is a wonderful and easy way for people like myself struggling with their mental health to receive messages of hope from others, as well as offering hope. It really gets me through the day.
You are not alone
Modern society, especially during Covid, has left us more connected than ever through technology and social media yet many people have never felt more alone. The platform, especially at scale, will serve as a supportive community where you can ask or give hope, which is completely free but incredibly meaningful to those who need it most. I’m excited to be an early adopter and look forward to giving and receiving hope. Words are powerful and you never know what someone is going through. Positive messages have the power to make someone’s day or even change/save someone’s life.

You are not alone
We crowdsource our traffic so why not hope? I love how quick and easy the app is to use and navigate. Sometimes you need to hear from someone who has been there too but you don’t want to get into a long drawn out conversation. You just need a little something to get you through that moment, that day, that week etc. I’ve asked for hope, received hope and given hope. I like the option of being able to text, audio or video messages - and I’ve used all three based on what I was feeling that day. It’s a safe space and well thought out to be all-inclusive. This is what mental health support done well looks like.
