Very Clean and reasonable
I rent a 10 x 15 unit and the facility is always impeccable. Customer Service is very responsive and I feel that the price for the unit is probably one of the best in the area. I would highly recommend them for any storage needs!

American Storage South is one of the better storage places in the area. They are conveniently located, the staff is friendly, and we have never had any issues. Prices could be a little better though….

My overall experience with American Storage has been great! I’ve used their spaces twice since moving to the area and I’ve never had any issues. The grounds are kept clean, there’s constant access to your unit and the customer service reps are knowledgeable and readily available to assist.

Been a loyal customer for three years, when I wanted to switch to a bigger unit they were super helpful I would recommend American storage and I love the lock system using the app super quick and easy.
So convenient
This storage facility has the best prices around! Also the fact that it’s open 24/7 makes it even better!! They even use the smart locks on the units too so no more worries about having to find your keys! Everything you need is on the app & just a button push away!!
Payment
If you’re one day late you are locked out of your unit. Not til recently was I able to pay before the first of each month
Okay
Have had unit for over 5 years. Had no intention of keeping thus long due to unforeseen circumstances still have it. Will have to see if my unit has gone to the keyless locks since in December it was still using the keys.
Easy and Convenient
Very easy and simple to use. I find it convenient to manage my account specially to make my payments.

American Storage South has been great for my storage needs! They are competitively priced, well maintained, and relatively quick to respond with any questions I have. I have not had a single problem since I started storing my belongings there. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a storage unit. Their app is great, too. It makes getting into my storage unit super convenient.
