Lousy app. Logged me out and cannot login anymore
Not updating their latest issues
The last issue they released was on september 22. From my understanding they are supposed to release an issue every week or two. It has been over a month plus already.

Unable to login then request to reset password, it also says reset failed. And no customer service helpline available. I emailed the helpline email but no reply from them. I paid the subscription for one year and this app is useless. Please think twice before you subscribe to ST IN for students.

Good
Initially cannot login after downloaded the App. It denied my email address and also cannot change password. But finally it works after the customer service help me out. Now my son can enjoy the reading. Thank you!
I can’t sign in nor reset password
This app is so weird, honestly like every time I go into the app I have to sign in, also I don’t know why now I try to sign in it says “Login failed, please try again later”. I had the correct email/username and also typed in the same password, still cannot. Never mind, maybe the password wrong, so I try and change, but then it says “Reset failed, please try again later”. My dad alr paid the $27 for me to read news when I otw to sch. Play lah, go and fix this issue, no wonder your app only 2.1 star, please reflect on the negative reviews on your app, it is the truth and reflecting on these reviews will make your app better. The news and magazines all v interesting and should be worth the money, however your app like that, makes me feel like I’m being cheated off my money.
