Law Suit Waiting to Happen
The app probably works great if you can see. My wife doesn't seem to have any problem using it. I, however, cannot use it at all. I contacted ChowNow 2 years ago about Voiceover problems for blind users of the app, and I got a nice response that they would work on it. They've made it worse! I love the restaurant. I wish they'd drop ChowNow. They say they save restaurants money, but I don't see how as they use Doordash to do the deliveries, thus adding yet another middle man between restaurant and customer.
