I love the Studio! It is such an excellent resource for anyone interested in learning pattern design, illustration using procreate, art as a business and so much more. No gatekeeping here! Liz is very forthcoming with what has worked and hasn’t worked for her and carefully explains the process for anything she teaches.

So Convenient
It’s so nice to have all of the videos on my phone and I like scrolling this instead of social media! Great teacher and app. Great customer service if you need anything too! Easy to pause and cancel the membership whenever you want.
Hard to cancel membership
This lady really doesn’t like cancellations of her membership. Whereas the rest of her site seems to operate with pretty slick, suddenly there are glitches galore when I try to cancel my membership. Tiring people out is not good PR to keep people on board.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear you had trouble canceling! There is a Cancel button in the account settings on the app and my website, so members can cancel anytime, no questions asked. If you have trouble though, we're happy to do it on our end! You can email us at help@lizkohlerbrown.com to get 7 days a week support. Also we offer no questions asked refunds just in case you aren't able to cancel before a payment goes through, so just let us know if that is what happened to you and we will make it right! We have an "open door" membership where members can come and go anytime without emailing us, but of course we are always here to help. Please reach out if you are still having trouble!
