Ahh, I love them apps are advertised as free and the only free thing is to download the app. No actual content here is available for free. You need a premium membership and you can’t even test it with a trial. Worse, there isn’t even a proper prompt to sign up for the premium membership 🤦🏻♀️. So either, the app just isn’t working/fully functional, or the creators are missing some crucial design elements. Every page that promises to hold information (like a text prompt, audio workshop, and ways to fill your “sugar jar”) all just lead to a blank screen. Nothing else. Just blank. Your account info tab does not offer additional info either. Either way, it is a no for me and I deleted it already.

I have been waiting for this app! Not only does it have video workshops and meditations but a journaling feature that allows you to be intentional with your journey. Everything that you need for your path to self-healing here. That’s everything! 👏🏽🤎✨

I have been using the app daily since I first downloaded it and it has been doing wonders for my self-care routine and self-healing journey. My Daily Therapy
I don’t even know where to begin! Yasmine Cheyenne I’m in awe of you! You literally created an app for me that is my daily therapist. The fact that I can listen to an affirmation, take notes about it and then share with my own community is mind blowing for me because it forces me to reflect in ways I didn’t think I could or would. Thank you for creating this space and outlet for so many of us that are still on their healing journey.

I love this App!
I am so happy that Yasmine Cheyenne has provided a space where I can self heal and fill myself up on the go. The Sugar Jar community app also gives me multiple ways of pouring into myself with the text journaling, voice journaling, the say it with me, and also a calendar that keeps me accountable for how often I check in on myself. It’s exactly what I needed to keep my self on track in my self care journey!
