The Suguna Vilasa Sabha

The official member app of The Suguna Vilasa Sabha, Chennai — a members' club founded in 1891 on Anna Salai, Triplicane. This app is for members of the Sabha only. There is no public sign-up: you sign in with the membership number the Sabha has issued you. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Your account — see your current balance and your ledger, entry by entry, as the Sabha's own books record it. Settle it at the club as you always have. • Guest rooms — browse the Sabha's rooms, their tariffs and what is free on the dates you have in mind. Rooms are reserved with the club directly. • Affiliated clubs — all of the Sabha's reciprocal clubs, with their addresses and contact details, for when you travel. • Member directory — look up a fellow member. • Your profile and QR code — your membership record as the Sabha holds it, and a code that identifies you at the club. • Request a change — if your address, telephone or email is out of date, ask the Sabha's office to correct it from inside the app and attach a document in support. • Feedback — tell the Sabha what you think, and have it reach the office. • Light and dark — the app follows your phone, or you can choose. The Sabha's office also publishes notices, events, offers, dining menus and the club newsletter through the app as they become available. PRIVACY This app takes no payment and asks for no card, UPI or net-banking detail. It does not use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or photo library, it reads no advertising identifier, and it contains no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking software of any kind. It shows you your own record and nobody else's.
