Not perfect
Too many celebrities stated and what the heck has happened to the crossword, the questions are almost as hard as the answers to work out.
Daily Paper for less
Used to buy The Sun newspaper paper edition but found the digital version whilst exactly the same as the paper version was cheaper. Plus doing the crossword every day was easier, even though some days it did not load correctly, which is why I only give it 4 stars.
Good
If you like The Sun, this is for you. Read the paper everyday and save yourself a trip to the shop. Puzzles section is really good too. It’s great to have when travelling.

Great paper, especially the digital edition….easy to download each morning, no fuss and always a good read at a great price.
Very Disappointed
Text on pages very poor quality when zoomed in. Pages on centre spreads not joined (i.e on the horse racing) so can't be read properly. "Come on The Sun, these are basics!" Who's in charge of making the PDF's, this is bad, will be cancelling. 👎🏻

Problems never get sorted very quickly
Loved the app but just cancelled subscription because of news updates have not updated for nearly 4 weeks even though they know about it.

Good but a hiccup
The app is great and I can access the digital paper where ever I am even when on holiday abroad. My only slight gripe and I don’t know if other users get this but on my monthly renewal date ( I.e. they take my subscription) I have the problem of accessing the paper, in the end I delete the app, keep the subscription and go to the App Store and reinstall the app which then works fine. It’s slightly frustrating but not that a big deal

Usually easy to download and read but sometimes have to reinstall to work

Apart from the odd and occasional connection problem, this system is terrific. Good for the earth (less for the blue bag), good for my bank balance, less fuel used collecting paper, ease of use, reading etc.,and overall convenience. Sad I missed the first few months!!

Over 10 years
Had the digital sun for over 10 Yeats now and to be honest could not go back to paper copy . Never had any problems . Great for holidays abroad just download from Wi-Fi and that’s it. Would recommend the digital sun

The only complaint I have about the excellent Sun digital is that I am not able to enter competitions

Never had any problems, with this. Used for over 10 years. As long as you’ve got a reasonable signal it’s great

Saves time going to the shops and most times sold out I normally pay monthly but so impressed going to buy annually when work out how

Validating
Why does it take so long to validate The Sun every month at the moment? It’s been going for about an hour now and still no sign of it finishing.
