Very glitchy
I have spent so much money with this app. And when something is wrong on there end there still decide to claim it’s not. For example during live betting there system glitch'sand it was say that you placed 2 bets or 3 bets when you only placed it one time. And it doubles the amount. West gate is stealing from there bettors and even with proof and evidence they still say no we did a investigation and the app is okay. It’s like there know it’s happening but there are making money out of it so why fix it. I hope this sport book gets there karma

Virtually useless
Clearly Westgate does not plan to upgrade the app given the litany of negative reviews and latest update is 3 years ago. For me, the app did not work while I was inside ANY building in Vegas. Had to be outside for it to work. So kind of defeats the purpose when you can’t sit inside the book and use it. And the depositing/cashing out is needlessly convoluted. It’s easier to bet using any retail app like DK, FD, etc then this. No idea why these Vegas books aren’t investing in these apps.

This app is horrible never works when you need/want it to work and Now the guy said they don’t accept Chase Payments Why not Chase bank is very popular a lot of people use chase. Don’t trying getting help from support they will not help you this app is horrible no reason to use it especially if you live in Vegas. Play Plus is also a scam Also.

App doesn’t work and can’t get a response from Westgate
Since I got this app, I’ve been unable to add money to my account with play+. I’ve tried emailing them three times now over the last two months and cannot get a response. There is no phone number to call and it’s not exactly convenient to go to, which is the entire point of using the app. Complete garbage.

I went to the Westgate casino in person and they made me an account and it won’t work they never even gave me a password only the pin code and it isn’t the password
App rarely works
It’s more common that the app is not working than for it to be working. Such a joke for such a big sports book. Find ANYONE else to wager with online, the Westgate does not have their stuff together!!!

Bring back the round robin betting from the old app.
The best IMO
This is one of the best apps and imo Westgate is the best book in town. I’ve used or use most of them and by far my favorite. It easy to navigate and understand. And most important they show you your data (your bets, what you actually win, your money in and out and etc) it an easy way and no need for a calculator and spreadsheets to keep up with your stuff.

Bring the old app back!
The In-play options for the new app have next to nothing to bet on. Bring the old app back!
New app
This new app is terrible for in game betting compared to the last application. Before there were so many things you could bet in game such as team totals, different run lines in baseball, now your only options are point spread and total, they don’t even offer in game money lines anymore
Good UI
App is easy to use and navigate. Limits are fair with many betting options.
Won’t let me deposit funds
Old app was fine now this app says I’m missing information. Went to westgate to ask them to fix it just to get told it was play+. So I called play+ and they said all my information was up to date.
New app is BRUTAL
Only works if it’s on WiFi, won’t connect if you’re on cellular. Constantly freezing up so you have to kill the app and re-log in again. The old app is much better.
Also there is very minimal in-play features compared to the old app.
