An easy way to improve my outlook on life
Sometimes, if I start to get too caught up in my head, all I need to do is listen to interviews of people doing cool things in the world ... and it almost immediately reminds me to change my perspective. This app makes it super simple to find those pick-me-ups (and the notifications themselves are sometimes enough to make me take a breath). Highly recommended.

I am loving this app as I am able to easily reach the podcast selections and I can access the program directly from the app as well making it easy to work on my progress where Weber and when ever I choose.
