Спасибо за локализацию, но действительно очень людолго загружается и подтормаживает. Возможно это связано с блокоривками РКН🤷🏻‍♂️

Pour qu'on puisse regarder ton cas précis (et corriger le spot concerné), peux-tu nous écrire à support@thesurfr.app en précisant ton nom d'utilisateur, ton modèle d'appareil et le spot en question? On te répond. On avance activement sur la fiabilité du tracking GPS et sur la base de spots, ton signalement nous aide à prioriser.

Kompabilität

Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich gut aber für garmin uhren (ich habe die garmin instinct 2)ist die Kompatibilität leider sehr eingeschränkt (ich z.B. habe keinen live Jump Support( das bedeutet dass ich nicht die Länge, die Höhe, noch die Dauer der Sprünge messen kann))! Wem diese Einschränkung jedoch nicht betreffen oder es ihnen egal ist, für die sollte die eigentlich eine der besten Wahlen sein!

Aufgrund der Sensorbeschränkungen der Instinct 2 ist die Uhr tatsächlich nur mit GPS kompatibel. Das bedeutet, sie kann lediglich GPS-Informationen wie Geschwindigkeit und Entfernung liefern. I have used this app for 18 months.
I’ve just found out that you can now crop/trim your sessions!!

I like the live “out loud”announcement of my jump height as I ride and also the recording of my jumps overlayed on the gps map.

I think some ability to add specific gear for Wing Foilers is being looked at which would be awesome.

Thanks for leaving your review! Happy to tell you that it is possible to crop/trim your session. To do so: Open the session > Click on the Map View to open the GPS screen in full screen > Tap the scissor icon in the top-right of the map view > Adjust the start and/or end of your session to remove unwanted parts > then tap Save Trim to save your changes. If you’d like us to add your wing gear, please email the details to support@thesurfr.app and we’ll make sure you can add it to your quiver. The app was originally built for kiters, but we’re working to make it more useful for every wind discipline.

Watch version no longer supported

Not able to use app this year on my watch I’ve been using for a few years. I am not buying a new watch for one app.

Sorry to hear about that! After the last release, the app required iOS 10. However, we noticed not all supported watches (from Apple Watch 4 and higher) can update so our development is doing their best to bring it back to iOS 9. Hopefully that way, you can use the app again soon!

Surfr is great loads better than Woo stops people chuckling there leg up every jump which gets my vote lol

Barely register any jump on a fully compatible garmin watch i’m paying 8$ a month i expect the app to function at least a little

I cannot say enough good things about this app. It’s a must have at our local spot, the developer is constantly adding new features and fixing bugs, honestly just a great application and has helped tremendously with my progression.

I want my basic features back

I really used to like this app. I used it in combination with a Garmin watch, which tracked my sessions without the need for a paid subscription. The features that the basic version provided were completely sufficient for me, and I really liked the statistics it offered.

It’s sad to see that this app has also turned into a money-making machine. With the new version, even the basic features have become more limited. I can’t see those without paying for it anymore.

It’s a shame. I want my basic jump stat features back.

We understand it’s frustrating when something you’ve used for a long time changes. With the new update, Surfr is still free to use and we’ve also added new free features like wind forecast, Strava export, and more. The main change is that full jump details are now limited in the free version. For riders who only do a few sessions per month, these details will still remain available for free. More frequent riders may reach the limit, while still being able to record sessions, keep their highest jumps on the leaderboard, and use the core app. Plus helps us keep improving Surfr and supporting the platform long-term, while keeping a free version available for everyone.

Best Kitesurf app out there

I tried all kitesurfing app that are out there and must say that Surfr is by far the best. You can really see that it’s picking up the right heights and doesn’t give these ridiculous results that you have on Woo. Been on Woo for years and don’t regret it a second coming to Surfr, because I can also use my own device. I’ve been also in touch with the support a few times, they replied super prompt and helped me right away. I can see that this app is made from kitesurfers for kitesurfers and other water sports. Now with the new update 4.0 it’s even better. Can’t wait for what other features they will release 😍😍😍

Good app, bad theme

The choice of a dark theme only is really bad. Dark theme are great for people that live in the dark. but kitesurfer don’t, they leave at the beach.

make calibrations a phone push notification not a on-water-frustration

they’ve forgot that design should be useable. fonts should scale even when the user doesn’t have reading glasses on 🙄 - no one has reading glasses on when they’re looking at a watch on the water - pls make display size user controlled, make watch data glance able ; not squint mandatory

Great jump height app

Me and my friends use this every session, does make you more competitive. Easy to use, see your jump height and data quickly . Easily add and remove kites.
