Glitch on sign up page. Can’t enter hospital, Charing Cross is a major cancer centre

I would like to sign up but after 3 attempts I have not been able to.
Also Cannot Sign Up or Logon
I have the same issue as the previous post from Bri@@@
Couldn’t log on
This app looks fantastic but sadly the screen ‘hung’ on the signup page where you have to select a hospital- no hospitals were shown so I was unable to sign up.
