Scam

Doesn’t work properly. Used it for a few min and it wouldn’t work so I cancelled the free trial before the subscription renewal and then 3 days later was charged $9.99. Insane. Disputed it with Apple and only got half of it back. It’s not so much the money as the fact that Apple carries an app that charges you that doesn’t even work! Scam so beware.

All the positive reviews on this are fake, guaranteed

Can’t trust reviews anymore because app owners bot them. I needed to measure ONE thing. The option is free trial or $9.99 A WEEK, yes A WEEK! You can’t get in without selecting one of these options. My credit card is obviously attached to my Apple account, and I’m not risking it charging me $10. It’s shady af!

Unauthorized charged

I signed up for your 3 day trial and was still charged an annual fee when I cancelled the same day I signed up. Apple was unable to refund me, stating that I was ineligible for a refund. That’s 77! Lost to me for no reason

Nicht zu empfehlen

Ich war der Meinung, dass man diese App zunächst für kurze Zeit testen kann. Deshalb habe ich lediglich kurz die Handhabung ausprobiert und musste dafür sofort bezahlen.

Ich empfinde es als sehr enttäuschend, dass es offenbar keine ausreichende Testmöglichkeit gab oder dies nicht klar kommuniziert wurde. Ich fühle mich dadurch getäuscht und finde es unverschämt, dass bereits für ein kurzes Ausprobieren Kosten entstehen.

Ich wünsche mir eine Stellungnahme sowie eine faire Lösung für diesen Fall.
