Ich empfinde es als sehr enttäuschend, dass es offenbar keine ausreichende Testmöglichkeit gab oder dies nicht klar kommuniziert wurde. Ich fühle mich dadurch getäuscht und finde es unverschämt, dass bereits für ein kurzes Ausprobieren Kosten entstehen.
Ich wünsche mir eine Stellungnahme sowie eine faire Lösung für diesen Fall.

Please note that our subscription's price and billing frequency are clearly presented at sign-up or purchase, requiring your active consent to initiate the subscription, after which subsequent recurring charges are processed automatically based on this initial agreement. Since subscriptions and payments are managed directly by Apple, you can request a refund by signing in to reportaproblem.apple.com, choosing 'Request a refund', selecting the reason, and submitting your request. To ensure you are not charged further, you can cancel the subscription by opening your device's Settings, tapping your Apple ID, selecting Subscriptions, choosing our app, and tapping Cancel Subscription. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
