I’ve used the Rochester test centre for years and I just sense a professional but stress free environment. They don’t do repairs but, you know, they’ll help you out: one year they replaced a blown bulb - they didn’t have to.

Excellent customer service & the mechanics are professional & friendly.
If you have any questions they'll answer it without fobbing you off, if there is a problem with your vehicle they let you know.
Also I like the fact that if your car doesn't pass then you don't have to pay

Clever idea
Really useful idea as you still don't get a reminder from the government about your MOT. This garage owner clearly has his head screwed on!!
