Overpriced and download doesn’t work!
I would not have this but my husband wants it. Way overpriced and even when you completely download the paper I am unable to open it unless I have WiFi. I was told once you download a paper it is in your library. They lied!
Texarkana Gazette
There are too many mistakes in grammar and spelling, especially in the editorials. The Women’s College Softball World Series got no coverage until it was over. There was a short article about the winner.
Repetitious
Same stories two or three times in the same issue, even repeated again the next day.
You couldn’t pass Comp II doing that. Do better.
I’m weary of seeing perverts and pedophiles on the front page. Our city is more than that. You’re not the National Enquirer, try to act like responsible reporters and put smut someplace other than the front page.

Multiple Calls
Everytime I have issue with IPad, it takes multiple phone calls to get problem corrected. I kept giving the Gazette benefit of doubt but no more, terrible customer service since going online! I won’t be renewing after this 3 months is up!! I’d give it 0 stars but not able to do so!!

We would like for the Gazette to return to the front page after being read. Otherwise it’s good. We are really enjoying how easy it is to use, share and print an article or recipe.

We have the most informative paper there ever was ... When Johnnie Green and Louie Avery were a storehouse of knowledge, we had the finest local sports news there ever was or ever has been ... Lynn Larowe hustles around and does the best most pristine job of covering the courtroom news ... I love the Texarkana Gazette ... I read it every morning when I’m enjoying a fresh cup of coffee at 7:00 AM at Denny’s, IHOP, Johnnie B’s, Sue n Carols, BJ’s Diner, Waffle House, Shorty’s, or Cracker Barrell until 8:30 AM comes ... Then it’s time to go to work. The Texarkana Gazette gets me off to a fine start.

Old version was better
Old version would allow you to go back and download previous newspapers. The new version does not have that function.
Earlier version worked better!
The new version requires you to logout everyday and log back in in order to download the current edition! What a dumb design!

When it works!
App works approximately 4 days out of 7. Other days it will not download until late in the day or, when it does download,not all of the content is there. Example: none of the sports pages were included in the download this morning.
Not worth the trouble........
Works for awhile then suddenly stops working. No support!
