I am surprised there are so few reviews for this app! I love the easy interface and how easy they make it to find events near me. Pretty seamless experience for me.
Why did I need to download this?
Just another app to DL for absolutely no reason. No way to add already purchased tickets other than scamming a QR code… How am I supposed to do that? With my other phone?
Doesn’t work. Login form isn’t compatible with password managers
Not only does this app not send a magic sign in link when requested via email but the login form isn’t compatible with password manager apps so instead it just erased the form values. Awful app experience so far, good luck getting access to your tickets with this when you need it

Best ticketing company for promoters and buyers. Barely any fees on both ends, really love this platform.
Great company
I had tickets to go to lunar fest, but accidentally purchased the wrong date. I sent in a contact form and they got back to me under 24 hours and switched my tickets to the right date! Thank you so much for responding fast! I never write reviews but they deserved this 5 stars! Really saved me !!
5 Stars because I love this app but please fix the newest update!!
When I open the app, it says I need an update to login. But there are no updates available. I even redownloaded the app, no luck. I’d like to have my tickets available for events next weekend. Love the app besides this bug. If they fix it, highly recommend!

after logging in the app takes you to a “settings” screen and the only thing you can do other than that is log out.
