App Issues
Trying to create an account and google can’t find my address. Tried a few ways of writing it out but no luck.
Doesn’t work
I couldn’t input my address because google maps couldn’t find it? Disappointing since you can’t ignore that prompt.
just...the best.
Some food service apps don’t really get the restaurants they serve. Some restaurants don’t know how to make their menus and service work with various food or delivery apps. This pairing of Tomato Pie restaurants and their app are NOT having those problems! They are tightly integrated, tuned to understand the quirks of their menu and notable offerings, and although maybe a little rigid in its interface design will march the user successfully thru building their order with no ambiguities or tons of “notes” to try to get it right, and is great about creating your personal favorite orders list.
The fact that the app greets you immediately with nothing but two big buttons for “repeat last order” which immediately presents your most recent order in an easily editable way, or “new order” which puts you right in the menu for browsing and selecting is worth the price of admission.
Postmates, Door dash, all the rest of them - they could all learn something from how tightly tuned this app is to the restaurant it serves.

love the pie, love the app
and i love the people. i hope they stay in business forever. or at least until i die, as i’m planning on serving their pizza at my funeral in about 30-50 years.
C’mon guys
Same problem as everyone else. The app would not accept my address, and it also wouldn’t let me skip “Apartment Name”. The prompt said to put “N/A” but when I did I got an error that the character “/“ wasn’t allowed. Way too much trouble just to order a pizza.
