App Messed Up
Not sure what happened but the app used to be great. Now I can never get in and it never sends me the email when I ask to reset password.
New app is super buggy
The new system has been really buggy on my end causing me to have to order through the more expensive Uber Eats app for it adding more fees than if it worked. Whenever I enter my address for delivery it says something went wrong and to refresh the page which the opens the website which has has been no better still constantly saying there is an error and to refresh the page. The old app setup was so easy to use and never had any issues

Broken Rewards
I like couch tomato but when I tried to apply a $5 reward it added it to my total instead of subtracting it. I don’t want to pay extra!
Great app needs Apple Pay
All this app needs is to accept Apple Pay and it’s 5 star.
Promo code
There’s no way to add the promo other than “start order” and it didn’t work.
15% Service Fee
App adds a %15 service fee. I entered all my information, addresses, email, phone number, credit card number, address again (for the billing address) and after all that, it told me “guest checkout not available in this location”

Best Gluten Free Pizza I’ve EVER had. That’s a very big statement! Must try!

App malfunctions, a lot of the features don’t work. I wasn’t able to order delivery or change the time for my pick up order.

Poorly designed app, good try though
I’ve got my complaints about Couch Tomato’s new menu changes, but we’ll leave that alone for now. This app is awful to use. Rough on the eyes, confusing to try to craft my own salad/pizza. No place to order extras or side dressings. Very annoying that I can call to place a delivery order and pay cash when the driver arrives, but the app forces me to pay with a card. And if I wanted to call to read off my order to place over the phone, the “my order” tab doesn’t show the details of my pizza and salad to easily read off to them. Love you guys, been eating here for years and hope to continue to do so, but this app just isn’t doing it for me.

I love couch tomato - Please deliver to my address
I love the couch tomato and would order from here every night! Unfortunately I do not have time to pick up and my address 5 mins outside the boro is outside the delivery range on the app so I have to order thru doordash :(

Wow what a user friendly experience. Made me feel safe with socially distant procedures in place. Great app!
