Oi! Entendemos a frustração — ainda não temos cobertura no Brasil, mas novos topos são adicionados diariamente por autores locais, então vale a pena conferir mais tarde. Se conhece algum desenvolvedor de áreas local, adoraríamos entrar em contato! Você também pode ver quais topos estão incluídos antes de assinar o Premium!

Aplikacja twierdzi że nie mam wykupionego dostępu premium, pomimo że ma go zapłacone. Nigdy więcej jej nie ściągnę.
Laggy after the new update…
I loved this app so much and it’s sad to see how much the performance dropped after the new update. Can’t even add nee lines and topo images without the app crashing multiple times. Even simple scrolling through topos is a pain :( Good thing the web version works well.

Whaaaaaattt
Not used this app for a while, tried to open it up and it asks me to log in. I press send password reset and no email is sent. I press to make an account and it says “bad internet” and “sing up failed”. Sing up. Not sign up?! What’s happened!?
App completamente inaccessibile e inutilizzabile
Ho un abbonamento (cancellato ovviamente ma scade a maggio) e quando provo a loggarmi continua a darmi errore di scarsa connessione a Internet (lol). Ormai sono mesi che non posso accedere all’app, nonostante abbia comprato l’abbonamento annuale. Che si fa?

What really impressed me about the app was the incredibly friendly and helpful customer service. I had a very special request, and their team responded quickly (less than 24h) and was genuinely so helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. That way i could solve my specific problem (non-app related!) Thanks again!

Also den Standort bei den Boulderblöcken so umständlich zu verstecken und auf der Karte nicht anzuzeigen, macht die app ziemlich wertlos… wenn ich iwo im gebiet drin steh und nicht weiß was direkt um mich herum ist zum bouldern hilft mir das ganze nichts.. war bei der alten version besser gelöst… premium version in albarracin

For Costa Blanca area I wouldn’t yet recommend this app.
What a downgrade
Truly a disappointing “upgrade”, not fit for release. A much worse user experience with so much more menu-diving, and irreversible browsing. Every time you go out of the app - without closing it, it resets and the crag you were viewing is gone. The topos rarely start on the first, but show you a random picture from the group. Sometimes you select a crag and navigate to parking is available, sometimes it’s hidden until you open a topo. The browsing needs to be much more hierarchical, it’s so frustrating needing to go back to start of a crag, or even the map, in order to view the next sector or topo in a crag. This is no longer a premium experience, it’s frustratingly inconsistent. I won’t be continuing my subscription until things get substantially better, the simple navigation in the old version was preferable.

Before allowing me to do anything with the app it asks me to give them my email and name. I don’t understand why they would need that the second I open the app other than to sell my personal information. At least let me try ur app before asking for my personal information

UX? What UX?
Maybe the worst UI/UX I’ve experienced for a long time. Interaction loops make no sense. No in-app sorting by grade at a given area. Just let me adjust the grain to all boulders in X area by ascents/etc.
Impossible to track back to area fell earmarked/to-do climbs.
As a premium service is offers nothing but “here are the climbs”, I’d rather buy 100 guidebooks.
